When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, discussion topic and any organization, role, message or preferred contact time you provide. We use this information to respond to you, discuss your requirements and maintain the inquiry record.
Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, or applicable legal obligations. Service providers process information to support website hosting and inquiry storage. Product-specific notices apply separately to CultureLens, Culture Lens Circles and IV Field Advisors.
Confidentiality
We recognize that the work we do, including leadership succession, acquisitions, restructuring and culture change, can be highly sensitive for the organizations involved. We protect our clients' confidentiality at all levels. We do not publish client names or lists, and any stories from our work are anonymized, with names and identifying details removed or generalized.
Your inquiry is not published on this website. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential information about identifiable people in the inquiry form. Any separate confidentiality agreement with IV Talent governs the information shared under that agreement.
Data retention
For questions about how long your inquiry is held, or to request its deletion, contact support@iv-talent.com. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or for the defence of legal claims.
