The humansbehind the IV

Bought, sold, transferred and lost in countless languages.

Three decades.
In the room.

  • Africa

Industrials / Ingredients / Consumer goods / Technology

Dean McKenna has spent his careerin the room when things change.

Three decades as a CHRO and senior executive in global businesses across industrials, ingredients, consumer goods and technology, working alongside CEOs and Boards in the US, Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa.

Along the way he has been bought, sold, transferred, lost in countless languages and once ate too much durian. (He'd advise against it.)

He started out in logistics, which explains the obsession with whether change works on the shop floor, not just in the boardroom. All that work, travel and ego management is where the IV way of working comes from. Today he pairs that experience with smart technology built to match.
